LIVING AMONG THE THORNS

Ezekiel12:2 - 4
Son of man, thou dwellest in the midst of a rebellious house, which have eyes to see, and see not; they have ears to hear, and hear not: for they are a rebellious house.
Therefore, thou son of man, prepare thee stuff for removing, and remove by day in their sight; and thou shalt remove from thy place to another place in their sight: it may be they will consider, though they be a rebellious house.
Then shalt thou bring forth thy stuff by day in their sight, as stuff for removing: and thou shalt go forth at even in their sight, as they that go forth into captivity.
MESSAGE :
ONE of the things that disturb the proper and speedy growth of plants is weed or thorns. No man living among the thorns will grow the way he should, he will spend more time to grow and suffer many things before bringing forth good fruits. At times the fruits are not so good because the thorns would have shared the nutrients with the plants. The weeds or thorns always take more nutrients than the real plants and that is why the farmers don't allow weeds or thorns to grow together with their plants.
Also in the spiritual life of a Christian, if he lives among the thorns, he only needs the grace of God to survive. Joseph would have perished with his dreams if God did not made an arrangement of leaving his father land to Egypt. Samuel lived among the perverse children of Eli and God knew if Samuel should continue like that, he may not be able to fulfill destiny and that was why God made an arrangement of evacuating the children of Eli. I pray all the thorns around you shall die in Jesus name.
There is nothing bad as living among the thorns, those who don't see what you see, those who have no vision, those who don't love your vision, those who want your vision to die, those who love you but hate your vision. I decree they shall all die for your sake in Jesus name
When a believer is living among unbelievers, it is the act of living among the thorns. Proverbs 9:6 Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding. In other words, remove the weeds or the thorns and use all the nutrients to grow well and bring forth good fruits. Don't say you can change someone who is not adding to your spiritual life, no one comes to the Father except the father brings him. No farmer has an herbicide to make a weed or thorn to become wheat, therefore no matter how strong you are spiritually, you can't make a thorn to become wheat. May you have the understanding of these words in Jesus name.
