RESIST - means to OPPOSE all the devils trap, to
withstand.
The BIBLE says - WE MUST put on the WHOLE
ARMOR of GOD , it assures us that once we wear
our Spiritual Clothes we are protected from evil
and actively resist satan
Nothing can more be frightening with d Devil if
the Believer is fully EQUIPPED with SPIRITUAL
ARMOR.
Read Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
