SEEK GOD FIRST

MESSAGE: SEEK GOD FIRST
TEXT: 2KINGS 22:4
In our text we can see how king ahab and
Jehoshaphat wanted to go and fight the king of
aram but Jehoshaphat sounds a note of warning
and said "First Seek the Counsel Of God" Seeking
the counsel of God makes Us know God's mind
towards that particular situation. The Bible says
"seek ye the kingdom of God....." When you seek
the lord and he gives a go ahead there will be
strong assurance of what you are doing. You
remember the story of David when the philistines
went down against him. what did David do? 2sam
5:19 he firstly went to enquire from the lord even
in the midst of all odds. Seek God First in
whatever you do and see a turn around. Have a
great day ahead.
