Just like spiritual prosperity, you must live by the word if you must be outstanding in material prosperity. Abraham who was anepitome of divine blessing was a man who lived by God's word per time. We must not depart from it because departing from God's word actually means the word departing from us. Hence, we become empty of divine power to succeed.
Secondly, you must not be found in the counsel of the ungodly. Indulging in or supporting corruption no matter how little it may seem means dancing to the tune of the devil. This will put your name in the list of the 'prosperous wicked' that Job and David were referring to in Job 15:21 and Psalms 17:3.
Thirdly, we must understand how to give generously, not because you are manipulated or coerced to, but because you are willing to do so.
Finally, know that it is the WORK of your hands that God will prosper. You must get your hands to work, verse 3 of Psalms 1 ended with this: ''....Whatsoever you DOETH shall prosper''. James 2:26 says ''Faith without work is dead''. You have to prove your faith by getting to do something hoping to blossom by the blessings of God. You must do your work diligently also there is no room for laziness in the kingdom of God.
